Terms and Conditions
Cancellation:
After registering and paying in full for Top-Tier's SAT FROM A TO Z Test Preparation Course ("course"), if you cancel within seventy-two (72) hours of the beginning of the course for which you are registered, a $100 cancellation fee will be deducted from your registration payment refund. If the course for which you are registered is cancelled by Top-Tier Academic Consulting due to circumstances outside of our control (i.e., inclement weather ), you will be automatically rescheduled for the next available course at no additional charge.
Rescheduling:
If you wish to reschedule, you must notify Top-Tier in writing at least seventy-two (72) hours before the beginning of the course for which you are registered in order to avoid incurring a rescheduling fee. If you reschedule within seventy-two (72) hours of the beginning of the course for which you are registered, a $25 rescheduling fee will be assessed. In the event that you wish to reschedule within seventy-two (72) hours of the beginning of the course for which you are registered due to a health or family emergency, you must provide written documentation evidencing the emergency in order to be able to reschedule at no additional charge.
